Produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes it is a vibrant wine with notes of zesty passionfruit and fresh gooseberry flavours. It is crisp and refreshing, offering ripe fruit flavours with a lingering finish.

The Sauvignon Blanc grape gets its name from its wild days (Sauvignon is French for wild) growing in South-West France. Blanc is French for white and refers to the white colour of the grape.
