They claim they sell the 2007 version of the perfume when in reality they sell the 2015, two different products that smell completely different. I
I was offered a refund only if the product was returned which I didn't do, I bought the perfume for a friend and I didn't want to trouble her, which doesn't mean I was satisfied with my purchase and until this day they still claim to sell the 2007 version of the perfume which doesn't reflect reality, all they offered was a 10% off my next purchase which won't happen as I won't purchase from this website again, at this stage I am more disappointed of the poor customer service than the fact that they refused to give me a refund for their misleading advertisement which they call "human error"
