Returns Policy FAQs
We have a 30 day returns policy.
Your item may be eligible for an exchange if your item is:
Un-used & un-opened, this includes any plastic wrap around fragrances, make up and cosmetics will not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
For the benefit and confidence of all our customers, once an item is opened, we deem it as being used.
*We do not allow returns of: Adult intimates & novelties*
We require notification from you within 7 days of delivery if your parcel and its contents have arrived damaged.
If you have received the wrong product or your item is faulty a free returns label will be emailed to you.
You will need to print this label, repackage the item securely and drop to your local post shop.
If you change your mind shipping in non-refundable and you will be required to send back to our head office at your own cost.
Returns take an average of 3-7 days to process.

You may be eligible to exchange if your item is un-opened, un-used in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it in.
The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a refund and place another order.
Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as you get your item so we can investigate and get the correct item to you ASAP.
You can still return your purchase to us by mail. Once we start the return process Afterpay or Laybuy will be notified of the return and begin to process the refund.
