The Brand Outlet has received guidance from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) that it is an essential service.

At The Brand Outlet, we're doing everything we can to support you during this challenging time. Our team is working hard to support communities in need of essentials. Our new grocery box service provides customers with a safe and efficient way of purchasing your weekly groceries.

With contactless shipping/payments and decreasing supermarket visits, The Brand Outlet is helping New Zealanders stay home and stay healthy.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Contactless Courier Deliveries

For the delivery of parcels requiring a signature, the courier will knock on the door as usual and step back two meters, or as far back as safe.

They will wait for the occupant to come to the door, ask for the recipients' name, and leave the parcel in a sensible place for the customer to pick up when the driver leaves.

If no one comes to the door, they will leave a card and return the item to the depot as usual.

For other services, the courier will try to minimise physical contact as much as possible.

These changes come into place immediately will be reviewed regularly.
